Rekanz Avtopark software is specifically designed for vehicle fleet management in Russia. While the logistical information and cost management requirements of fleet software are similar to those of Europe, the statutory compliance side is specific and consuming. Our software provides reporting, cost management, and scheduling, while automating much of the data entry and all of the production of paperwork.

The software developed by Yauza boosts productivity and facilitates reporting for fleet management. Every stage has been designed to minimize data input and time spent, while maximising benefits such as reminders, documents, useful reports etc.

Rekanz Avtopark software is based on an SQL Server platform, and can be used by one person, or by authorised users in different places with a connection to the server.

The project was completed on schedule, to budget and to specifications and the software is being actively marketed in Russia to customers of Rekanz.

DHL International, the global express mail delivery service, required an internal system of budget planning for their HR department, including salary and taxation calculations; vacancy management and recruitment planning; and strategic financial simulations. Additional requirements were a document flow and approval subsystem to track down the process of document circulations throughout the DHL management hierarchy.
